Chocolate Chip Cookie Donuts - Vegan/Gluten Free

These donuts are SO easy to make and satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthified way. They only take 4 steps and less than 15 minutes to make. Perfect for the next time you're craving something sweet.

Recipe Details:


(makes 6 donuts)

  • 1 1/2 cups GF oat flour - I used oats blended in my Nutribullet

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt - I use Redmond's Real Salt

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup liquid coconut oil

  • 2 flax eggs (2 TBS flax meal in 6 TBS water)

  • 3/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

**a donut pan or use a muffin pan with tin foil to make the donut holes


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Mix all ingredients together, then fold in chocolate chips

3. Press into the donut pan

4. Bake for 8-10 minutes (until toothpick runs through dry)
